At work I've been warned of all the ways customers try to take advantage of us. I've only just realized that some customers think we're out to scam them as well. Nobody trusts anybody.Disclaimer: slightly crude sketch above is meant to show how the two sides view each other, in any store. If I thought my store was ripping people off. I wouldn't work there.
