45 Tell It Like It Is

Carmen is unfailingly polite and cheerful to everyone all day every day; I mean she is Ms Customer Service. I was still a newbie at the time of this event: we were trudging upstairs to get our coats at the end of a long day and she suddenly stops dead on the stairs and yells this at the top of her lungs. I was shocked! I laughed til I cried and then we were bothing laughing and hugging each other like a pair of idiots.
